In 2014 Shaeny Céline, aka Shae, signed an exclusive recording contract with Tarpan Records and legendary multi-Grammy winning producer Narada Michael Walden. Shae recently released her debut album 'Can You Feel The Music' (Available on iTunes) in November '14, recorded at Tarpan Studios in San Rafael, CA. As a lead vocalist, Shae has sung with the Craig Chaquico’s 'Jefferson Starship' touring band, and is currently the lead singer of 6 different band configurations in the Southern Oregon. Shae has had the honor of playing with other amazing artists including; Jack Johnson, Jeff Cooper, Jeff Peevar and was also invited to record at the Steve Miller Studios, The Studio @ Pacifica, Oregon in 2010.
Shae Céline was raised in the Pacific Northwest in beautiful Ashland, Oregon. She found her love for the arts early in life and enjoyed many different artistic passions including music, dance and theater. Shae went on to study Vocal Performance under Pamela Fry at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Here, she embraced the critiques and challenges of the Conservatory life. Her desire to keep improving pushed her into main roles in Operatic and Musical Theater productions at SFCM.
Miss Céline has performed in many musical theater productions, some of which include; ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, ‘Anything Goes’, ‘Guys and Dolls’, ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, ‘Into the Woods’, ‘Grease’, ‘Marvelous Wonerettes’, ‘Winter Wonerettes’, ‘What a Glorious Feeling’, 'BEEHIVE', 'MAMMA MIA' and more. In 2009 Shae was cast as a teen dancer in ‘The Music Man’ at the renown Oregon Shakespeare Festival of Ashland.
Shae is elated to find herself fully emerged in the professional life of an entertainer. With her skills in many diverse forms of dance including; Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Tap, Salsa, and Aerial Silks, her San Francisco film acting classes with Joie Landeaux, and her Classical Conservatory education, Shae is able to work in almost any area of the industry she enjoys. Shae continues to perform every weekend at various local venues and private events.
Along with actively living out her dream as a performer, Shae has been teaching others for over 10 years. She has taught group Master Classes, Duet Harmony groups, and 1-on-1 Private Vocal Lessons via ZOOM. She is educated in many different genrés and teaches male and female singers, young and old. "Shae loves to help rising singers develop their best voice, without formal training, using Stage Presence Development."
